volunteer positions:
Sponsorship Volunteers:
Help secure donations and sponsorships from local businesses and promote the amazing partners who support our show each year. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with the community and finding new sponsors.
Whipper-Ins:
We need volunteers each year to run the gate at our schooling shows and NRHA show. This keeps competitors organized and helps the show run smoothly.
Show Setup Crew:
This team helps prepare the grounds for both our major NRHA show and schooling shows. Tasks include setting up the photo area, labeling stalls, hanging banners, placing cones and judge’s chairs, organizing prize tables, and assisting with show office setup. Schooling show setup is lighter but includes setting ranch riding obstacles, laying out patterns, and placing cones and chairs.
